Return & Exchange Policy

At BADDIE (shopbaddie.com), we take great pride in the quality of our jewelry. Every piece is carefully crafted and inspected before shipping. In the unlikely event that you face an issue, we’ve put together a fair and transparent Return & Exchange Policy.

This Policy is operated by Baddie Jewels Private Limited and governed by the applicable laws of India. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.


1. Return Policy (3 Days)
  • You may request a return within 3 days of delivery.
  • Returns are applicable only if the product is unused, unworn, in original packaging with tags and accessories intact.
  • For damage in transit or missing items, you must provide a 360° unboxing video clearly showing the unopened shipping label, tamper-free packaging, and product condition.
  • Without proper evidence, return requests may be denied.
  • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping charges (if paid) are non-refundable.
2. Exchange Policy (10 Days)
  • Exchanges can be requested within 10 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, you may opt for store credit.
  • The replacement/exchange will be processed only after the original item is picked up/returned and inspected.
  • Earrings and other hygiene-sensitive jewelry are non-exchangeable, unless defective/damaged.
  • Customized or personalized jewelry cannot be exchanged.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
  • Personalized/customized jewelry.
  • Hygiene-sensitive products such as earrings (unless defective).
  • Perfumes, candles, coins, utensils, and idols.
4. Return & Exchange Process
  • You can initiate a request via our website, WhatsApp support (+91 93178 68886), or email (care@shopbaddie.com)
  • Please be available for pickup and answer courier calls. If the pickup fails due to unavailability, the request must be re-initiated.
  • In rare cases where reverse pickup is not serviceable, you may need to ship the product back via India Post or an alternate courier. We will reimburse up to ₹100 for such cases. Any excess cost will be borne by the customer.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Products
  • Any damaged, defective, empty, or missing product cases must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • A 360° unboxing video is mandatory to validate such claims.
  • In case of genuine claims, we will provide a free replacement, exchange, or store credit/refund.
6. Refunds & Store Credits
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection.
  • For exchanges or unavailable products, store credit may be issued.
  • In cases of fraudulent or abusive return activity, BADDIE reserves the right to refuse service.
