1. Shipping Charges- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
- Standard Jewelry (Non-Personalised): Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 48 hours.
- Personalised Jewelry: Dispatched within 15–20 working days (since these are made-to-order).
- Mixed Orders: If your order includes both personalised and non-personalised items, the non-personalised items will be shipped first, and the personalised ones will follow separately.
- Delivery estimates are displayed on product pages and at checkout, based on your pin code and item type.
- Domestic deliveries usually take 4–7 working days post-dispatch, depending on your location.
- Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email.
- You can use this link to monitor the status of your shipment in real time.
