At BADDIE (shopbaddie.com), we are committed to offering jewelry that combines style, durability, and long-lasting shine. Every piece is crafted with care, and we back this with a 1-Year Warranty to give you complete confidence in your purchase.
This Warranty Policy is operated by Baddie Jewels Private Limited and governed by the applicable laws of India.
1. Warranty Coverage
- Our warranty applies to all stainless steel gold-tone plated jewelry purchased directly from shopbaddie.com.
- The warranty covers:
- Tarnishing or discoloration of plating under normal usage.
- Manufacturing defects (if any)
- Please note: Our 18K gold-tone plated stainless steel jewelry is not solid gold. Each piece is plated using advanced technologies such as Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD coating) or Electroplating for finish and durability. The warranty covers tarnishing or discoloration of this coating and not gold content.
2. Warranty Resolution
Depending on the time from delivery, here’s how warranty claims are resolved:

6–12 months | 50% of product value issued as store credits |
- Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Store credits can be redeemed on any future purchase at shopbaddie.com.
- Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Exclusions from Warranty
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to regular wear and tear.
- Breakage or scratches caused by mishandling, accidents, or external pressure.
- Loss of stones, charms, or crystals.
- Third-party modifications, alterations, or repairs.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
4. How to Raise a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Take clear photographs of the affected jewelry piece showing the tarnishing/issue.
- Email us at care@shopbaddie.com with:
- Subject line: “Warranty Claim – [Your Order Number]”
- Description of the issue
- Photo evidence
- Once your claim is verified, you may be required to self-ship the product to our warranty desk.
- Share courier details and AWB number on the same email thread.
- After inspection, your claim will be processed as per the Warranty Resolution (Section 2).
5. Additional Notes
- Claims are subject to inspection and validation by the BADDIE team.
- BADDIE reserves the right to decline a claim if the issue does not fall within warranty terms.
- Warranty claims will only be settled in the form of store credits as per Section 2..
